Summary
The Custom Forms System (CFS) module isn't really a common module that users would access, but it is very important. It's not common in the sense that most users will never directly interface with it. CFS is a platform which is used to drive both the Incident Report System MODULE (IRS) and the Clinical Casenote System MODULE (CCN). Both of these modules use the capabilities of, and require, the CFS module. The CFS module is what enables these modules to use customizable form templates.
