Freemed-YiRC: Form Repository Module Module Help Page

This is the Form Repository Module, there are 2 attributes/permissions that can be set:

• Access: General access, allowed to fill out forms but not read others or alter.
  
• Admin: Allowed to view completed forms as well as generate statistical reports and individual reports for each user.
