What is Freemed-YiRC Beta0.99?
FMYiRC Beta0.99 is to be the last Beta release of Freemed-YiRC before V1.00 is released. The bulk of the functionality is included in Beta0.99. Any major and minor bug fixes will be applied to create V1.00. I wish to have FMYiRC Beta0.99 installed and in use by several agencies for a good number of months before releasing V1.00. An upgrade path will be provided from Beta0.99 to V1.00.

What You'll Need
IF NOT USING HELPER CD
- If you are not planning on using the Helper CD, you plan on installing Freemed-YiRC yourself, then you'll only need the Freemed-YiRC Beta0.99 distribution file itself.
- Please read the Freemed-YiRC V1.00 Standard Installation Manual
IF USING HELPER CD
If you are planning on using the Helper CD, then you'll need Mandriva Linux 2007.1 and the Freemed-YiRC Helper CD.
- Mandriva Linux is very big, it does not fit on one CD. In fact, it no longer fits on three CDs, so now it comes as a DVD image. This means you will need a DVD burner to create the install DVD if you intend to download it. You will also need a DVD reader drive on the machine you intend to install Freemed-YiRC. You can also choose to support Mandriva Linux and purchase a boxed edition.
- The Freemed-YiRC Helper CD, which includes Freemed-YiRC itself.
- Please read the Freemed-YiRC V1.00 MDV2007.1 Installation Manual
