This is the Group Calendar Module, there are 3 attributes/permissions that can be set:

Access: General access and read only permission <li>Edit: Allowed to view and edit group calendars <li>Admin: Alowed to view/edit group calendars as well as access features of the calendar itself such as specifying colors to associate with event types.
