This is the phone & visitation log. Anytime a resident receives a phone call or a visit from a professional or family member, it is recorded here.

History

Originally, phone & visitation contact information was tracked using the Casenote Module. However, later on the PVL module was created to track more specific information about phone & visitation contacts.

Other Modules This Module Interacts With

• Phone & Visitation Log Admin. MODULE (PVA) - This is a sub-module of the Phone & Visitation Log module.
• Casenote_System_MODULE_(CN) - The casenote categories list is shared between the casenote module and the PVL module. Certain casenote categories, when marked, cannot be completed using the casenote system, but instead notes are entered in the PVL, which then creates a secondary note automatically in the casenote system for those categories.
