This is the section where you create new events.

• Menu Options:
  • Start Date: first day of the event
  • End Date: last day of the event
  • Multiday: Set whether this event will occur over multiple days.
    • For the purpose of repeating events this is not used to specify when the repeating series will end.
    • The end date is used to indicate if a specific event spans multiple days.
  • Start Time: beginning time of the event
  • End Time: end time of the event
  • Category: category associated with the event
  • Desc: description of the event/header
  • Notes: details or general information related to the event.
  • Frequency:
    • One Time: event happens only one time
    • Daily: event happens daily until end of repeating date or end date.
    • Weekly: event happens on a weekly basis. Can have weekly gaps in between which you specify in the Repeat every section.
    • Monthly: event happens on a monthly basis.
    • Yearly: event happens on a yearly basis.
  • Alarm: if selected the event will send you an email at a specified time. You specify the time by entering the number and select the type (minutes, hours, days, weeks).
  • Contact list: Select the people you want to receive email alerts.
  • Repeat every: specifies how often an event occurs.
  • Repeat until: for all events repeat until this date.
  • Days of the week: you can specify specific days within a weekly event. For example Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
  • Repeat by: Day of week or Day of Month.
    • Day of Week: when using a repeating event, repeat by the day of the week (3rd Sunday).
    • Day of Month: when using a repeating event, repeat by the date of the week (Ex: 28th).
