Freemed-YiRC - Resident Contact

The term resident refers to a person who is in the care of your agency. Originally, Freemed-YiRC was designed for residential care. Therefore, the term client was not used. However, over the years additional functionality was added for the foster/adoptive/respite community, as well as outpatient capabilities. In Freemed-YiRC, the term resident is now synonymous with client.
