Freemed-YiRC - Resource Contact

In Freemed-YiRC, the term resource contact refers to a type of contact in the Freemed-YiRC Contact Database. This is a generic term meant to refer to foster, adoptive, and/or respite parent.

Instead of having to create separate categories for each of these (foster, adoptive, respite, etc...), the generic term resource is used in Freemed-YiRC.
