Summary
SQL_HIPAA is a piece of software which Freemed-YiRC uses to create the electronic HIPAA EDI 837 billing files for Ohio MACSIS clinical billing using information passed to it from Freemed-YiRC. SQL_HIPAA was also created by the author of Freemed-YiRC. It was created as a separate piece of software in order for other programs to possibly make use of it in the future.
Currently, no other software is known to make use of it, so it may end up becoming a part of the Freemed-YiRC codebase at some point in the future.
