If you have any feedback or comments, please feel free to e-mail me (see the E-Mail section below). I am always happy to receive feedback/comments! I may not have the time to respond to all messages, but I will read them!
Support Requests
Freemed-YiRC is an open-source project. You are able to download, install, and use it for free, provided you have the technical ability to do so. Because it is free, this means I receive no money unless there is a paid consultation/contract. If you are in need of support, I am available for consultation/contract work for a fee. However, you may feel free to contact me via e-mail and I can determine if your needs are within the general scope of the project, or if the request would require extra time and resources. You will not be billed for anything without an agreement between myself and your agency, therefore you may feel free to e-mail me.
Consultation/Contract Work - RATES
While I am currently employed by several agencies, I am available for consultation/contract work. In addition to work on Freemed-YiRC I am also skilled in computer networking as well as web-based applications. My rates are as follows:
- Consultation (e-mail, phone calls, on-site/face-to-face visits not involving programming):
- $50/hour for consultations (including travel time).
- A free initial phone conversation about Freemed-YiRC and your agency's needs may be requested.
- Please read the Planning and Implementation Guide for details on who should be included in this conversation before requesting this phone conversation.
- $50/hour for consultations (including travel time).
- Programming work:
- $65/hour for work involving design and programming (includes importing of data from existing systems).

Forums/Mailing Lists
Currently, there are no forums or mailing lists for Freemed-YiRC aside from this Wiki. In time as more people join the project, these functions may become necessary.
