Summary
This module contains a master list of Presenting Problems for residents as well as the ability to associate these problems with residents. This functionality was originally in the Contact Database for Residents. However, it was moved to it's own module due to additional added functionality. The original functionality simply associated a list of problems with residents. This new module allows problems to be tracked with a history. Problems can be marked At Intake and as well have a Start Date and End Date.
